Description
Yoga asana practice with some breath and meditation. 1 to 1.5 hours. Friday morning practice followed by coffee and chats poolside. Yoga Club Morning Practice Protocol: - Park anywhere on the street. - Come up the driveway and enter through the gate. It will be propped open until practice begins. - Leave your shoes, phones, and other personal effects in the cubbies by the door. - Set yourself up in the space with whatever you need (blocks, straps, etc.) - Quietly take a savasana, seated meditation, or any other posture that will help you arrive and ground until practice begins. - You may use the restroom just outside of the yoga space in the hall. We are not heating the space in the summer, but it does get quite toasty once we start moving and breathing. Bring water, a towel, and a yogi toes, along with your mat.
